Manufacturing process of Aluminum Hydroxide
The process starts with checking equipment cleanliness and verifying the availability of utilities, raw materials, and packing materials.
Charge Purified water is into a reactor and add aluminum salts, such as aluminum chloride or aluminum sulfate, are added under continuous stirring. The pH of the solution is adjusted with an alkali, like sodium hydroxide, to precipitate aluminum hydroxide. The reaction is maintained at 50–60°C with continuous stirring until complete precipitation occurs.
The aluminum hydroxide precipitate is separated using a centrifugation operation and wash wet cake with with purified water to remove impurities.
The wet aluminum hydroxide is then dried at 80–120°C until the desired moisture content is achieved. The dried material is milled for uniform particle size and sieved through a specified mesh size. After quality control checks, Pack Aluminum Hydroxide in a clear poly bag and twist the mouth of the bag. Secure it with a PVC strip. Place this bag inside another poly bag, twist its mouth, and secure it with a PVC strip. Finally, place the sealed bag in an HDPE container. Store Aluminum Hydroxide in a tightly closed, light-resistant container at a temperature below 30°C.
