Manufacturing process of Methylsulfonylmethane
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is produced through a controlled chemical process to ensure high purity and effectiveness.
It starts with Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO), a sulfur compound derived from natural sources like lignin or petroleum-based materials. DMSO is then oxidized using hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) to convert it into MSM. This reaction is carefully managed to achieve a high yield while maintaining product quality.
Once MSM is formed, it goes through purification and crystallization to remove any impurities. The solution is cooled, allowing MSM to crystallize into a solid form.
These crystals are then filtered, washed, and dried to ensure a high-purity final product. After drying, MSM is processed into different forms such as powder or granules, depending on its intended use in nutritional supplements, skincare, and pharmaceuticals.
The final product is packaged under strict quality standards to ensure its safety and effectiveness.
